was going to fail. It would most likely fail from lateral forces. Just think of the lateral g forces it would have to sustain from braking and accelerating 600lbs of engine and transmission. When you brake, the engine and tranny want to go forward, vice versa when you accelerate. Just think of the g-forces like a road course would have keeping that much weight in place, braking, turning, accelerating. I am thinking of safety here. I like the whole design and look. Just the cast aluminum part may need reevaluating.
